Went to Target and the mall today, not much happened.

Wrote a bunch this morning, so that was good. I downloaded a bunch of songs last night, some for Kelly and some for me.

Tonight I really don’t want to write anything. Hence this very off-topic post. I tried to get started on my extended project to use Aristotle’s "Topics" as a way of teaching debate, but I’m not feeling it. I think I really need to get this draft to a point of completion then I’ll be able to fully switch projects.  Not feeling the "popcorn" method of working which I usually employ.

I bought some rechargeable batteries and they are charging now. Don’t you think it’s strange that when you buy rechargeable batteries, you must charge them first?  Wouldn’t that make them chargeable batteries?

Today I was asked twice what I want for my birthday which is approaching leisurely. Started to give it some thought.

The only thing I could think of was the new Belkin Wi-Fi phone so I can use Skype more than I use my mobile. Then in a year or so I can give up my mobile completely and transition to VoIP.  Here’s a good review of it, since I’m into linking videos these days. 

The review is clever since he’s doing the review with himself and also for the lovely Toronto accent, one of my favorites, that I miss hearing more than I should. You don’t hear it much outside of Rochester, NY (unless you are in Toronto).

Other than that I don’t know what I want.

We were going to go to a party in Manhattan the other night, but the weather was so bad we got drenched only a block from our house.  So we came home instead.

Pondering going to the office tomorrow, but I’ll probably just stay here and work.  I have to go Weds, and Thursday and probably Friday though due to a lot of various meetings and other events going on.  Thursday going to New Jersey to meet a friend on his visit to find an apartment for his big move in August.  That will be a lot of fun!
